Kevin’s drive to succeed is due to his wonderful wife Terryon, plus his 4 beautiful children: Mikail, Kyla, Makayla, and John.
Kevin has deep roots in Real Estate. His Grandparents owned and Operated Yakima Bonded Escrow and his Father was Chairman of a highly successful Mortgage Company. It was working for his father as an intern in college doing Custom Home inspections for builders where Kevin first found his desire in Real Estate. Over the next several years Kevin would move around the company trying to learn all aspects of the mortgage side of the business. This included: Appraisals, Loan Review, and Foreclosures.
After spending several years in Investment Banking, Kevin decided to return to his roots and continue a career in Real Estate. With his broad knowledge and background, he brought the skills necessary to prosper his business. Those things accompanied with his passion to help people, balance his professional skills along with his personal skills. Kevin is a Real Estate Consultant first and foremost. He enjoys counseling people through the process of buying and selling their home.

Suzi Luke was born and raised in Kirkland, WA so she is endowed with a vast knowledge of the Greater Seattle/Eastside area. Graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA with a BA in Sociology, she also served as an Officer in Sororia on the U of W campus. Suzi Luke worked with Red Carpet Realty in Kirkland for 4 years. Then she worked as a Para-Educator for Lake WashingtonSchool District which has demonstrated her patience and communication skills. She came back to the Real Estate Industry in 2000 to help you buy and sell real estate.
