Troy's experience spans nearly a decade in this business. He is also well versed in the Seattle area market, because he has lived in the area his whole life. He grew up just north of here on Lake Roesiger near Snohomish. He also has more sisters than an average convent and worked an auto parts counter before moving on to management. What drove him out of the automotive business is a mystery, but what does matter is that he started what would one day become TeamTroy back in July of 2001.
Troy is the man. No, really. In addition to his workload as our boss, he is focused on developing long term relationships with lenders and vendors, and designing systems and processes that keep the clients amazed. Troy holds the key to all the logistics at TeamTroy. But when he's not here, you'll probably find him hanging out with his kids or at a board meeting for Children’s Country Home.
